Here's how it works: You complete an online questionnaire about your health – this takes a few minutes. You then choose your preferred treatment, complete the payment, and verify your ID. This allows our doctors and partner pharmacy to start processing your request. A Dutch doctor reviews your answers and in most cases creates a treatment plan with medication within 24-48 hours. The choice of medication is determined based on your preference and the decision of one of our doctors. Once your request is approved, your medication is delivered to your home within a few working days, free of charge and in discreet packaging, by our partner pharmacy. Your doctor remains available via the platform for questions and adjustments to your treatment. Not eligible for treatment? You'll receive a full refund.
What does it cost?
You pay for the online consultation (€13.95) and the cost of the medication, but the consultation is free if you start a subscription. The online consultation includes a medical assessment by a BIG-registered physician, your personal treatment plan, repeat prescriptions if needed, and unlimited access to your doctor via the platform. All prices are transparent upfront. If your treatment plan is not approved, you will receive a full refund.
Who are the doctors?
We work exclusively with licensed Dutch doctors registered in the BIG register. They are fully qualified, work independently, and are paid hourly (they receive no commissions for prescribing medication). Their focus is on finding the right treatment for your personal situation.
Where does the medication come from?
The medication comes from a registered Dutch pharmacy (ApotheekZorg in Bladel, Chamber of Commerce number 17128523) that meets all legal requirements and quality standards. You receive the same medication as from your regular pharmacy – but with the convenience of home delivery.
How do I receive my medication?
Your medication is delivered to your door for free. The packaging is neutral: no logo, name, or indication of contents. You'll receive a track & trace code to follow your order. For delivery of refrigerated weight loss medication, a delivery appointment is scheduled to hand over the medication in person.
Can I stop or adjust my treatment?
You can pause your treatment at any time via your personal account. You retain access to your personal account and can resume your treatment whenever you want. If too much time has elapsed between pausing and resuming, you may be asked to fill out a new medical questionnaire. If you want to adjust your treatment, please contact the medical team via the chat in the platform. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your personal account or by contacting customer service. The cancellation takes effect before the next subscription period, so no new delivery or payment will take place.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All your medical data is stored encrypted according to European privacy legislation (GDPR). Your medical information is only shared with the platform's doctors and our partner pharmacy. We do not share your medical data with third parties. More information can be found in our privacy policy.
